The Superior Double Room was clean and stylish. However, the elevator was tiny, making luggage transport a hassle.

Superb location made it easy to explore the city the friendly staff always had a smile and went above and beyond to assist us with our requests.

The noise from outside could disturb sleep the breakfast service was inconsistent with limited options at times.

staying here was a treat because I could easily stroll to the Museum of Fine Arts in less than a 5-minute walk and enjoyed delightful coffee at charming cafes just around the corner.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Grand Hotel Des Terreaux. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always offering assistance promptly. The pool area was unique, and after a long day exploring, it was wonderful to unwind there. The location was perfect for sightseeing.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for 3 nights. The room was small but really well refurbished and super clean. The decor had a lovely character, making it feel cozy and inviting. Location was excellent, just a short walk to the river and main square. The bathroom was modern and somewhat unexpectedly spacious. One downside was that the shower took a while to warm up, but everything else was great.

The jacuzzi by the pool area runs cold, only accessible in the afternoon and evening with no changing area. Room size can be an issue. some are quite cramped and may feel inadequate for taller travelers, especially the shower space.
